1. Who We Serve

TreeServiceSoftware.com is a software service designed specifically for tree service professionals and stump grinding businesses. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms.

2. Beta Access and Early Features

Some users may be granted access to beta versions of our software. Features during this period are experimental and subject to change. We may update or remove features without notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our service may include both free and paid plans. Paid plans will be clearly described before billing. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but you’ll always be notified in advance.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use our service for anything illegal
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
• Interfere with the operation of the site or attempt unauthorized access

6. Data and Privacy

By using our service, you agree to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data. We won’t sell it, rent it, or abuse it. Ever.

7. Online Booking

Merchants may choose whether to enable Online Booking, which services and times to offer, and whether to request publication of eligible booking links through Google. A merchant that enables Online Booking is responsible for keeping its services, service area, availability, prices, qualifications, and business information accurate and for honoring or promptly managing appointments customers book through the service.

By enabling Google booking publication when that option is available, the merchant authorizes Tree Service Software to provide Google with the merchant, service, and booking-link information needed to publish and maintain those links. The merchant may turn publication off, subject to normal processing time for Google to remove previously distributed information.

A booking is a service arrangement between the customer and the selected merchant. Tree Service Software provides the booking technology but does not perform the merchant's work. Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and using the provided management link or contacting the merchant when they need to reschedule or cancel.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or abuse the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee perfection. We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from the use of our platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
